On Friday, April 6th, The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel will play host to “Eno-Versity Highlights the Parallels Between Wines and Fragrances” an exclusive Eno-Versity class defining the parallels between factors influencing the creation of unique fragrances and fine wines.
CHANEL will highlight select fragrances and share key pieces of information with you, helping you understand your olfactory sense of style. You will discover the fragrance that compliments your persona and style based on which individual characteristics and family of aromas you are most attracted to. This will be tied in directly to the similarities of the relationship between a person and their preferred wine style. The nose, or olfactory sense, is the most important tool in not only smelling a wine, but in tasting it. You will learn to use this sense to smell and then taste the specific characteristics of each wine.
