Orange County is now home to ARC, an American eatery focused on scratch cooking, a hands-on approach to preparing all food and bar menu items. The restaurant, which offers lunch, dinner, and late-night offerings daily, will open its doors on Friday, February 8th at the South Coast Collection in Costa Mesa
ARC Owners Marin Howarth and Noah Blom present a restaurant focused on home made foods using only locally sourced fresh ingredients and artisan-crafted products that deliver original flavors into every dish and cocktail. The result is hearty, rustic, oven-to-table food made for sharing, complemented by fresh, innovative cocktails.
ARC is located at 3321 Hyland Avenue, Suite F in Costa Mesa.
