Anita Lau is a Hong Kong-born food writer and critic. Well traveled and published on 4 continents, she is the author of a cookbook entitled “Asian Greens” and also writes the food blog “diary of a Mad Hungry Woman“. She has served as a judge at the Hong Kong Culinary Awards and Top Chef Korean Food Challenge on the PBS series Cathlyn’s Korean Kitchen and was recently invited to guest chef at the prestigious Kowloon Cricket Club in Hong Kong.
