Avocado fans unite! The 2nd Annual CA Avocado Week will be at Downtown Disney and you won’t want to miss out.
From July 1-7, Downtown Disney will play host to a variety of avocado-themed events including chef demos, guacamole contests, and special avocado-themed dishes at all of Downtown Disney’s restaurants. Sephora will even be offering free avocado facials for those who prefer to use avocados for something rather than eating. All of the events are free to the public, and start every evening at 5pm.
Each night, a different chef from a Downtown Disney restaurant will create a specialized dish using CA avocados, and attendees will get a chance to sample the dish themselves.
Following the demos, guests will have the opportunity to come on stage and create their own personalized guacamole recipe. Whoever wins best guacamole will receive a $100 gift card to Downtown Disney and an $85 CA avocado gift set.
