Summer may be drawing to a close, but if you aren’t quite ready to say goodbye to summer yet, Modo Mio in Newport Coast has a delightful prixe fixe summer menu that runs until September 30th, so you can stretch out summer a bit longer. This three-course menu is priced at a cool $24.99, which is a steal.
So what can you expect to get with this prixe fixe menu?
First, enjoy some house-made bruschetta as an appetizer.
For the first course, enjoy either the Insalata di Rucola (arugula and Parmesan) or the Insalata Modo Mio (baby greens, fennel mozzarella and tomatoes in a balsamic vinaigrette).
For your second course, you can choose from a variety of entree dishes including the Ravioli di Pollo, Linguine alle Vongole (clams), Battuta di Pollo, or the Lasagna.
And last but not least, your third course is a dessert of your choice. Dessert options include an Apple Tart, the classic Tiramisu, and a flourless Chocolate Pecan Tart.
In addition to this delicious prixe fixe menu, Modo Mio also has a lot of a la carte items such as the Spinach Ravioli and Salmon with Risotto. And all of these dishes would pair quite nicely with a glass or bottle of one of Modo Mio’s 50 wines.
