Calling all foodies! The first annual OC Tastefest will be taking place on Friday, May 4th from 5pm-11pm and Saturday, May 5th from 1pm-11pm to help kick off the OC Marathon weekend, and of course help celebrate Cinco de Mayo. The event will take place at the OC Fairgrounds.
So what can you expect to find at the OC Tastefest? Tasty eats from some of Orange County’s best restaurants including Cucina Alessa, Wahoo’s Fish Tacos, Slater’s 50/50, Antonello’s, and 118 Degrees to name a few, live entertainment, and celebrity chef demos.
So how does OC Tastefest work? It’s quite simple! For $20 (you can get tickets for $12 from now until May 2nd here), you get entrance to the festival and 10 taste coupons. The taste coupons are .50 cents each and will be used towards purchasing different dishes from all of the participating restaurants. Most food items will cost between $1 and $6 dollars, so you can purchase more taste coupons at the event as needed.
What about VIP Perks? There are VIP tickets on sale for $95 a person and those include 30 taste coupons, a special entrance to the OC Tastefest, access to the VIP tent with complimentary wine and spirits, and preferred seating for all of the live entertainment shows.
This event is one that is not to be missed! For full restaurant and entertainment information visit www.octastefest.com.
