If you haven’t yet tried Rooster PM, this is the year to do so. By day, the space is Rooster Cafe, serving up breakfast and lunch and after dark, another team comes in and transforms it into a European-style spot focused on drinks and small plates.

Rob  and Frank are always there to welcome guests to their humble establishment. There is always wine, but I start off with a glass of Tinto — a sangria-esque drink favored by Spanish-locals, sit back, and peruse the menu, which, incidentally is ever changing.

Josh and Maria are servers there and they are warm and friendly, and will offer up specials of the day, or suggest something for you if needed.

One of my favorites is the shrimp with lemon and capers. They serve it on cubed bread, but I always ask for it without because I like to have the sauce to dip as I wish.

If you like heartier dishes, then mac and cheese might be right up your alley! It is creamy and my son enjoys it very much.

Whatever you desire, there is something for you! Give them a try soon. Open Wednesdays to Sundays from 5.30pm.
