The new restaurant will open its first location in Santa Ana in August

Fresh Griller will debut a new fast casual dining concept at its first location scheduled to open at Santa Ana’s McArthur Plaza in August. Fresh Griller promotes “farm to fork” entrée creations using fresh, simple, and naturally raised ingredients that provide flavorful, antioxidant and nutrient-rich foods. Each dish provides customers with fresh and fun options to personalize their order.

Fresh Griller features unique flavors infused through proprietary marinades for the best “Grillicious” experience. Grilled steak, chicken, and vegetarian options are cooked with culturally accented flavors from all over the world. Customers can choose the style of their entrée as either a bowl, wrap or salad with their choice of toppings including a pepper and onion medley, white or brown rice, Ginger Pico de Gallo, Thai Kale Slaw, or Mediterranean Beans. Fresh Griller sauces are fresh to order and include Wasabi Ranch, Sweet Ginger Chili, and Guava Chipotle BBQ, among others.

Customers also have the choice of adding a side of pita chips and hummus, Nature’s Candy, fruit and yogurt parfaits as well as an array of natural snacks to choose from. Fountain drinks made with pure can sugar as well as loose-leaf fresh brewed iced teas and various bottled natural craft beverages are made available as well.

Fresh Griller uses as many fresh and naturally produced ingredients as possible while combining simple preparations and customized entrees for a bold and inspiring flavor experience, according to Managing Director John Costello. “We think simple, natural, and fresh foods can taste great and be better for you because there is less between the farm and the fork. That means fewer pesticides, less processing, eliminating the ingredients that we simply cannot pronounce,” said Costello.

Fresh Griller’s simple and fresh philosophy extends to all aspects of the business, right down to the sustainable materials used to build the restaurant itself. With recyclable and compostable packaging, Fresh Griller stands by its own personal “Grill of Rights” maintaining the highest of quality standards through an all around fresh and sustainable experience.

Partnering with Surfrider Foundation, Fresh Griller will host a weeklong celebration in honor of its grand opening, with complimentary food offered to the first 50 customers and chances to win Fresh Griller meals for a whole year, among other “Grillicious” giveaways.

Fresh Griller will be located at 2 Hutton Center Drive, Santa Ana in the McArthur Plaza and will be open Monday through Friday from 11am to 8pm.
