The 4th of July may have come and gone, but who says you can’t celebrate the French storming the Bastille as well? In honor of Bastille Day (July 14th), Marche Moderne is serving a delicious Bouillabaisse dinner from July 12-July 19.
So what makes this Bouillabaisse dinner so special? For starters, Marche Moderne will be serving a Bouillabaisse with fish shipped overnight from the shores of France. This seafood stew will feature a variety of seafood including octopus, scallops, shrimp, mussels and clams in a rich broth depending on the catch from the day. Freshly made croutons, tomato tartare, fennel pollen emulsion and lemon-garlic tapenade will be served on the side. The bouillabaisse dinner is $50 per person.
No French meal is complete without some classic French wine so Marche Moderne is offering aperitifs of Dubonnet, Pernod, Ricard, Cardinal and Kir vin Blanc for $7-$9 each.
If you are looking for a place to celebrate the French (or your French roots) and want a classic meal, it doesn’t get any more authentic than the Bouillabaisse dinner at Marche Moderne. Be sure to make your reservation now for July 12-19.
