Vegetarian, Gluten-free? No problem! Bruxie is opening their third location in Rancho Santa Margarita tomorrow. The restaurant owners want to ensure that everyone can enjoy their restaurant, regardless of food sensitivities. One the best things that I learned about Bruxie is that they do not serve Coke or Pepsi. All of the sodas served at their restaurant are made using pure cane sugar crafted by local artisans specifically for Bruxie. No high fructose corn syrup!

Cheesy Bruxië Cheddar and Gruyere Cheese melted onto the waffle. You can add Avocados, Tomatoes, and pretty much anything we have on our menu!
Roasted Wild Mushrooms Crimini Mushrooms roasted in herbs with Arugula, Herb Goat Cheese, and Balsamic Reduction.
Tomato Goat Cheese – Sun-Dried Tomatoes with Arugula, Herb Goat Cheese, and Balsamic Reduction.

Chicken Caesar Salad Grilled Chicken, Romaine Lettuce, Parmesan Crisp Bowl, and Caesar Dressing.
