The Lime Truck opened a brick-and-mortar version in Westwood (that’s near UCLA). The official opening was November 1, but I had a sneak peek of the restaurant and some of the menu items.
The Westwood community will definitely enjoy TLT Food. The fans of the Lime Truck will recognize the menu, and appreciate there’s a place to sit, an area to enjoy the food, and the ability to pair the food with a glass of their favorite alcoholic beverage. For the non drinkers, TLT Food serves Coca Cola products, and of course, the famous Limeaids.
I was curious to see how Chef Jason Quinn’s recipes would translate to a brick-and-mortar. Judging by the positive reaction, I think it did very well.
