Located at the Fashion Show Mall, Maggiano’s Little Italy is a welcomed addition to the many restaurants in Las Vegas. Maggiano’s has a nice ambiance, beautiful dark wood decor, and the atmosphere is pleasant and not overly pretentious. My family and I were celebrating the holidays so we decided to eat here on Christmas Eve. We had our three kids with us and the restaurant was very accommodating. They brought plastic cups out for all of the kids and  constantly refilled our bread basket.

For our Entrees we started with Filet of salmon. It was served with garlic and white wine sauce, orzo and spinach. The salmon was very moist and flavorful.

We also ordered the Chicken Picatta. The chicken breasts were sauteed with capers, lemon butter and served with angel hair aglio olio. The lemon sauce was tasty and not too overpowering.

My oldest son ordered the Meat Lasagna and he ate nearly all of it. It had pasta sheets layered with Ricotta cheese, crumbled meatballs, Italian sausage and marinara. Then it was topped with Provolone cheese and meat sauce.

My youngest son ordered Pasta with Butter. It was plain and simple but they got exactly what he wanted.

For our sides we chose the red crispy potatoes and the green beans with bacon and crispy onions. They were both amazing and paired perfectly with our meal.
