Revitalizing the trend in late night dining, Ecco Pizzeria & Bar has launched “After Hours” featuring one-of-a-kind small plates, Italian favorites and artisan pizzas, along with vintage specialty cocktails, hand-crafted beers and other choices.
Whether it’s the last stop before heading home or the destination for late night relaxation, “After Hours” takes 10 p.m. to 2 a.m. dining to a whole new level.
“Late Night at The Parlor” offers atypical choices for more sophisticated palates including grilled oysters topped with butter, garlic, parsley, grana padano and parmesan cheese and Steak Skewers featuring flat iron steak grilled with garlic oil and sea salt and topped with salsa verde.
The Parlor Menu also gives standard favorites a new taste twist with its Patata Chips (fried potato chips with liquorice powder, salt and pepper,) Italian Style “Corn Dogs” (Fontina fontal cheese, prosciutto, semolina batter and pepper ketchup,) and Fredo Fries (French fries covered in al fredo sauce with crispy guanciale bits.)
For those seeking something heartier, Ecco’s award-winning artisan pizzas are also available until 2am. The late night bar features local and imported wines by the glass, two imported sparkling wines by the glass, Italian large format bottled beers, and six hand-crafted beers on tap including Chimay, Bruery Seasonal, Downtown Brown, West Coast IPA, Coney Island and Peroni.
Specialty drinks include the “Fennelini” featuring Hendrick’s gin, Linie Aquavit, St. Germain elder flower, agave nectar, and Peychaud’s bitters – stirred not shaken. Late night brandy lovers will enjoy the “Fire- cracker” featuring B&B Liqueur, Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur and Maraschino cherries topped with Club Soda – also stirred, not shaken.
Ecco blends the style of a Naples pizzeria with a local neighborhood tavern or bar, where jeans and shorts mix seamlessly with suits and fashionistas. The earthy, minimalist décor and warm colors harmonize with the soft lighting and subtle sound system for a fun, relaxed setting and a laid-back, welcoming “hang-out” with an inviting outdoor patio.
Executive Chef Kris Kirk and Pizzaiolo Carlos Albarca, a dedicated master of Neapolitan Pizza, are known for their creativity and dedication to authentic Italian food prepared with both locally grown organic ingredi- ents and Italian imported specialties.
