Orange County’s newest Italian Restaurant, Brunos Trattoria, is offering delicious appetizers and libations just in time for holiday celebrations. The menu features value driven light, fresh and rustic Northern Italian cuisine.
Guests are encouraged to share an assortment of plates starting at $3 and choose from the offering of beers priced at $4, select wines priced at $5, premium well drinks priced at $6, or cocktails made with premium Italian spirits priced at $7.
Highlights from the appetizer selection include Arancini, which are risotto balls filled with ham, cheeses, fresh herbs then lightly fried and topped with tomato sauce; Cozze using PEI mussels served with garlic, white wine and fresh herbs; and Fritto Misto consisting of shrimp, squid, fennel, grilled lemons and spicy tomato sauce.
Popular signature cocktails include The Fragola martini made with fresh strawberries, premium vodka, homemade balsamic syrup and lemon; The Venetian made with pinot grigio, Aperol and seltzer; and Negroni made with Tanqueray Gin, Carpano Antica and Campari.
Happy hour is available Tuesday through Friday from 4pm to 7pm. Bruno’s is located at 210 W Birch Street in Brea.
