There’s an abundance of asian trucks, but there is only one sushi truck in Orange County: Rolling Sushi Van. The truck is actually not a food truck but a customized van, which keeps the environment in mind. The food truck has been visiting various Orange County luxury apartments in Fullerton, Westminster, and Irvine. Its a way to bring gourmet food to the people… literally right at their door.
Chef Chris is always creating wonderful items, from the simple Tuna Hand Roll, to the Chirashi Bowl (sashimi over rice), to the popular California Tuna roll. Like any good sushi chef, he’ll create whatever you want. Give him your likes and dislikes, and he’ll make you the Chef Chris creation. And, Here’s something that’s not on the menu… call ahead and ask if they have Salmon cheek. If so, tell Chef Chris you want it cooked. This dish takes about 20 minutes to make, but if he does.. its worth the wait!
