Looking for Food Trucks May 29, 2011

Another new OC truck has been launched and they had a soft opening in Irvine over the Memorial Weekend. I went by and found out Panfiniti does paninis, flat bread, and sliders, some with an island twist.

Since it was a soft opening, I was not sure if the menu was set or, like many new trucks, will change in the weeks to come. Meanwhile, we ordered the Hawaiian Steak Flatbread, the Herb Turkey panini, and the Sunburst Chicken slider. While waiting for our food, we sampled the POG juice.

Great food!

Especially liked the sliders! Our family was able to try out different sandwiches: carne asada panini, hawaiian panini, veggie flatbread. Also their tiramisu was delish!
