Sapphire Laguna has introduced a brand new “Spice Plates” menu featuring gourmet bites that pack a ton of flavor. The popular small plates are served daily at the bar beginning at 4:00 p.m. and are perfect for unwinding with a cocktail after work, a before-dinner appetizer to share, or for those with a smaller appetite. The menu features globally-inspired comfort foods in smaller portions, but the same fine-quality cuisine and unique flavors Sapphire Laguna is known for.
