Paul Martin’s American Grill in Irvine has introduced a new summer menu that features locally grown produce, light summer cocktails and a new taste of Paul Martin’s menu. From heirloom tomato dishes to fresh seafood, there are plenty of delights on the new summer menu that are sure to please anyone’s palate.
The new “Taste of Paul Martin’s” menu offers small bites and drink discounts from 3-7 daily (can’t beat that) that range from anywhere to $4-$14 each.
A few new additions to the Taste of Paul Martin’s menu include specialty flatbreads such as the Steak, Blue Cheese and Caramelized Onion Flatbread and the Arugula, Burrata and Crispy Prosciutto Flatbread. The flatbreads are the perfect starter to any meal and great for sharing amongst a group.
The Taste of Paul Martin’s menu also offers a variety of vegetarian friendly dishes including the Goat Cheese stuffed Zucchini and the Caprese Crostini.
Some new drinks are also making their summer debut such as the Mai Tai with rum and orange curaçao and the Lillet Blanc California Cocktail which has Lillet Blanc, muddled orange and a soda splash.
The Taste of Paul Martin’s isn’t the only new summer feature on the restaurant’s menu. There are many new lunch and dinner entrees featuring all the best produce in season. The Heirloom Tomato and Burrata salad and the Maple-Glazed Salmon Salad are nice light dishes for lunch and dinner, and the larger entrees such as the Fresh Mahi Mahi are served with summer squash to stay in tune with the seasonal produce theme.
Paul Martin’s also has other summer app n’ share plates such as the Shrimp Campechana which is a spin on a traditional shrimp cocktail and a Corn and Quinoa Chowder which comes with a nice kick.
