Seasons 52, a
popular Florida-based restaurant chain that’s known for its
fresh-and-healthful fare, has opened its first California location at South Coast Plaza.
Using
wood-fire grilling and brick oven cooking – no fryers – the 300-seat
restaurant serves up culinary creations such as Mesquite Grilled Filet
Mignon, Cedar Plank Roasted Salmon, and Black Mission Fig & Chevre
Flatbread. There’s also a wine bar, and signature cocktails include the
Orange-infused Organic Sunshine Martini.
This is the company’s
first restaurant west of the Mississippi. The chain – which launched in
2003 – operates 11 restaurants nationwide.
