 Corona del Mar's Five Crowns restaurant is cooking up Easter favorites prepared by executive chef Dennis Brask for brunch and dinner on Sunday, April 12.
Start Easter off with a breakfast pampering. Five appetizers will be served with entrées such as the Aged, Slow-roasted Prime Rib served in three different cuts with port wine jus, fresh organic horseradish cream and Yorkshire popover. The meal comes with a choice of creamed spinach, mashed potatoes or creamed white corn.
Crepes Imperial, Eggs Benedict, Poached Salmon, Roast Beef Hash and Chicken Mango are other brunch options. Entrées, with the first course included, range from $21 and $52.
Treat the family to Easter dinner at Five Crowns, where main courses will include Beefsteak Neptune, Nova Scotia Lobster Tails, Roasted Duckling and Rack of Colorado Lamb.
Five Crowns' Double Chocolate Soufflé with coconut crème anglaise is offered for dessert. Dinner entrées are priced from $33 to $52.
Brunch will be served from 10 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. Dinner begins at 3 p.m. and is served until 8:30 p.m. Reservations are recommended.
