Mimi's Café in Costa Mesa relaunches on Thursday, Jan. 29 with a new design and a fresh new taste.
The Meet me at Mimi's celebration begins at 10:30 a.m. with free samples and more than $3,000 worth of free gift cards for the first 75 guests. Free appetizer and dessert cards will be handed out throughout the day, as well, allowing customers to take part in everything the new restaurant has to offer.
The design, which is being rolled out nationally, features a full-service bar with specialty drinks such as the Mimitini and fresh-squeezed margaritas. The updated menu will include Just Enough, which features smaller lunch portions of the regular entrées, starting at $5.99.
“Our Costa Mesa location is a prime example of how we are evolving to meet new consumer demand by offering the best dining experience possible with modern ambiance and value,” says Tim Pulido, president of Mimi's Café. “We’ve been headquartered in Southern California for 30 years, and we are grateful to the Costa Mesa community for being a part of our history and growth.”
