In Vietnamese culture, sitting down and dining with family is a must and the founders of Phans55 in Irvine and Fullerton want to bring the healthy, fresh, distinctive cuisine of Vietnam to Orange County.
Phans55
in Irvine is tucked inside a new retail center high-rise complex on
Scholarship Drive off the northeast corner of Jamboree and Campus.
The
restaurant is equipped with all energy-efficient appliances and it uses
only locally grown produce. The premium meats used come from Naturewell
Beef, which is certified all natural Angus beef, White Marble Farms,
all natural pork and Sanderson Farms, 100 percent natural, free-range
poultry.
The restaurant uses premium liquors and fresh, house made ingredients in its drink mixers.
Phans55
is a stunning bar and restaurant with dark wood floors, custom glass
fixtures and a wall-sized widescreen TV used for special sporting
events.
“Vietnamese cuisine is Asian, with French influences,”
says spokesman Ryan Phan. “We are very excited about bringing our
unique version to Orange County."
