Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar in Newport Beach is giving the gift of cheer with a number of different holiday specials throughout the month of December.

Fleming’s $99 Memorable Meal, which is offered until Dec. 15, features Twin Ocean Point Lobster Tails, created by Executive Chef Russell Skall. Guests can select either two stuffed lobster tails or a stuffed lobster tail paired with filet mignon.

“For this season’s Memorable Meal, I’ve created a lobster dish stuffed with the earthy flavors of fall – shitake mushrooms and wild arugula,” says Skall.

The three-course dinner for two also includes a salad topped with pistachio-crusted baked goat cheese, pumpkin crepes and a carmelized potato tart. And for dessert? Carrot cake. To take part in this offer, guests must make reservations here.

If that special does not suit your fancy, then check out this promotion. For every online reservation made through Dec. 30, a $25 dining credit will be offered to guests. In addition, each individual has the chance to receive Fleming’s Bonus Cards, which allows guests to return to the restaurant throughout 2010. The eatery is also offering a bottle of Silver Oak Napa Valley Cabernet through the end of the month – guests can purchase it for $125.

Another option? For every $100 spent in gift cards online or at Fleming's, the buyer will receive a $20 bonus card. The card must be redeemed between Jan. 1 and Feb. 10, and the offer runs through Dec. 31.

Finally, Fleming's has introduced a Gentleman Jack Frost cocktail, with bourbon, cider and cinnamon flavors. The selection costs $10.95 and is available through Dec. 31.
