Julia Child tribute, continued ...

The menu at Brasserie Pascal is offered Tuesday through Saturday evenings through the end of August. The eatery is located at 327 Newport Center Drive in Newport Beach. For reservations, call Brasserie Pascal at 949.263.9400, ext. 1, or visit pascalnewportbeach.com for more information.

The Anaheim White House is also holding its own tribute to the legendary Child by preparing recipes from her book, “Mastering the Art of French Cooking.”

Owner Bruno Serato, a fan of Child’s, developed the menu along with his Executive Chef Eddie Meza and Executive Catering Chef Maurice Brazier.

“I am delighted to bring together two top talents to bring to life recipes from one of my greatest inspirations, Julia Child,” says Serato. "We are putting together a special, rotating menu. ... We hope that the public joins us on this special culinary journey.”
