If you’re looking to try some new martinis or just want to experience a great environment, try Kimera Restaurant in Irvine’s martini pairing event on Aug. 6.

Guests can enjoy a four-course meal – each one with a small signature Grey Goose cocktail. The drinks will be selected by a renowned Grey Goose attaché.

Kimera is a lounge and a restaurant known for its exotic dishes that are influenced by foods from different regions all around the world, as well as its extensive wine and beverage collection. Kimera boasts both indoor and outdoor seating.

“We have great food, great atmosphere, and a lot of energy,” says General Manager Tony Motakef.
