South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa will host the third consecutive Fashion Plates promotion from July 31-Aug. 9. Thirteen eateries will participate in the event, featuring luxurious dining at unbeatable prices with prix-fixe lunches and dinners for $20-$40. The campaign met with much success over the last two summers, and South Coast Plaza is now holding it biannually as well as offering lunch selections, according to Debra Gunn Downing, executive director of marketing for the upscale retail center. “In addition to world-class shopping, South Coast Plaza is well known for dining," says Downing.
