Summer Sipping Wines, World-Class Chardonnays, Big Bold California Cabs and Organic/Biodynamic Wines are among the classes scheduled between now and the end of August at Eno.

The classes, which comprise the tasting room’s Eno-Versity, give wine lovers and novices alike an opportunity to taste a variety of nectars from regions near and far. The setting is casual but upscale. (It is located inside the Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel, after all.) And at $35 per person, it’s also affordable. You don’t have to be a guest of the hotel to attend.

A selection of several wines – paired with cheeses, dried fruit and, if appropriate, chocolate – are sampled and discussed in every class.
